Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Demo
17 Aug 2008
The postures included are from various series. Some are beyond the level at which I officially practice, but having been doing for a decade before taking the Ashtanga path around 5 years back, I had already encountered them anyway.
Includes:
Surya Namaskara A
Supta Kurmasana (Primary)
Urdhva Kukkutasana (Advanced A)
Buddhasana (Advanced B)
Kapilasana (Advanced B)
Kanda Pidasana or Kandasana (Advanced C)
…and the end of the backbending sequence:
Vrschikasana B
and Tiriang Mukhottanasana
Honour to my Ashtanga teacher, Noah Williams.
Duration : 0:4:24
