In 1989, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois conducted an Ashtanga Yoag Workshop in Encinitas, CA. During this workshop he instructed his advanced students in the third and part of the fourth series. This DVD includes early footage of Guruji instructing many of todays top teachers such as Richard Freeman, Chuck Miller, Maty Ezraty, and Tim Miller, leading asanas of the advanced series.

This is beautiful, Classical yoga! Do I see Noah Williams as one of the yogi’s doing the demonstration? I lived in ENCINITAS for years! know this studio well. Lovely. Thanks for sharing. The authenticity of yoga’s roots shines through here.
